Order Processing

For Original Art and One of a Kind items listed on my website, it is my aim to process your order as quickly as possible, generally within 3 working days. Processing times may take a little longer during busy periods. Please allow plenty of time to receive your order if it is time critical. I will keep you updated via email on your order progress and let you know when it is on its way, along with a tracking number.

Giclée prints are made to order, I do not hold stock, therefore it can take between 2-3 days before I can start to process your order. Please allow plenty of time to receive your purchase if it is time critical. You will receive an email from me detailing the tracking number once your order is ready for despatch.

UK Flat Rate Shipping

All orders are sent using a tracked service and will require a signature on delivery.

UK Standard delivery charge is £4.79 using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with signature.

I also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 with signature at £5.59 if you want to receive your items a little earlier.

The shipping options available for your order will be displayed during checkout.

Deliveries to UK Highlands, Islands and parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland can take an extra 1-3 days to arrive. You will be able to track your delivery as soon as it has been despatched.

Original artworks will be sent using Royal Mail 24 Tracked or DHL Next Day service, depending on the size and value of the artwork. Both will require a signature on delivery.

International Shipping

I do ship internationally. If you live outside of the UK and are interested in purchasing any of my work, please email me at lois.winfieldstudio@gmail.com and I will be happy to provide a delivery quote. All international shipping is quoted based on the destination country and size of your order.

Please be aware, any international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once they reach the destination country. These charges are payable by you, the buyer, to the carrier before delivery can take place. It is recommended that you understand the potential import charges for your country before placing your order.

Refunds & Exchanges

I do hope that you will be happy with your purchase, if however you wish to exercise your right, as a consumer, to change your mind, you have a 14 day cooling off period from the date of order receipt to inform me via email to lois.winfieldstudio@gmail.com that you wish to cancel, see Part 14 of our Terms of Sale for full details.

I strongly recommend that all items are returned using a recorded delivery service as I, Lois Winfield cannot take any responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit and can only issue an exchange or refund on receipt of the original goods. Please note; it is important that the items being returned are sent back to me in the same, perfect, condition they were received in. I reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if the goods are not returned in the original condition. All refunds will be issued to the same card used for the purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If in the unlikely event, your order is received damaged or faulty you have 30 calendar days, beginning the day you receive the goods, to reject the goods.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, which we hope doesn’t happen, please email us as set out below, with details of the product and the issue along with images if possible. For full information see Part 12 of our Terms of Sale
